The basics
Our books are published by The Pragmatic Programmers, LLC, under the imprints The Pragmatic Bookshelf and Pragmatic Life.
You can buy paperbooks, PDF, epub and mobi format ebooks directly from our website; we ship to any country the US Postal Service recognizes.
You can also buy paperbooks from your favorite retail bookstores, including Amazon, Barnes and Noble, and Borders. Our books are distributed to the retail channel world-wide by O’Reilly and Associates and stocked by Ingram.
About Agile Publishing
Our loyal fans around the world who know they can count on us to deliver the goods: books that cut through the “party line” and deliver real value. We’re not beholden to a large conglomerate or staid publishing industry practices. We publish books on topics that we would want to read.
Folks have called what we’re doing “Agile Publishing,” and that’s part of our motivation. We can respond to our readers faster and with better quality than we could under more traditional arrangements.
